We are very pleased with Heaven’s Best service. They are very punctual, friendly and professional. He arrived punctually (10 minutes before the time) and called to make us aware he was out and setting up his equipment. He cleaned our family room, master bedroom and hallway. The areas were pretty messy since we have a dog that sheds a lot. The carpet also had some food, soda and mud stains. They were all removed and the carpet looked fresh and the bad odor was gone. The cleaning didn’t take more than 2 hours. The best part is that we barely had to wait for the carpet to dry since it was fairly moist. I would say it was completely dry within 1 hour (we didn’t leave the windows open). We are definitely calling Sergio again.
